Peter has been an actor/creator/improvisor for the past 25 years. He’s performed with The Second City in Toronto and was invited to open The Second City in Los Angeles along with an all star alumni cast. He has appeared at the Just For Laughs Festival and comedy stages across North America.

In film he has shared the big screen with Harrison Ford, Liam Neeson, William H Macy, Samuel L Jackson, Eugene Levy, Dan Aykroyd and countless others. He worked with Academy Award winning director Kathryn Bigelow on K-19 The Widowmaker. He’s been nominated and won numerous Canadian Comedy awards, including best performance by a Male in a Feature Film for his work in the indy hit Young People F*cking.   

On the Television side of things Peter was a series regular on the Warner Brothers sketch comedy show Blue Collar TV. Other credits include Psych, Blindspot, Two Broke Girls, House Of Cards, and American Crime Story.


 

He has voiced hundreds of episodes of animated tv for Disney, Netflix, Hulu, Comedy Central, NBC, Cartoon Network, ABC, Warner Bros, PBS and Nickelodeon, and is the voice of The Tennis Network.

He co-created the multi award winning satirical radio show/podcast This Is That for CBC Radio One, which ran for 9 seasons. With This Is That he co-created a series of comedy videos that have been viewed by millions and earned Peter a Canadian Screen Award for Best Actor in a web series. He’s also co-authored of the national best selling comedy book This Is That: Travel Guide To Canada.

He co-created and stars in the hit “fake” true crime podcast This Sounds Serious, a family friendly sketch comedy podcast for kids The Plop and co-created and stars as Dexter Guff in the comedy podcast Dexter Guff Is Smarter Than You, a show that The Guardian has referred to as “Spinal Tap-does-inspirational-thought-leader.

Peter lives in Los Angeles with his Wife, Daughter, and 3 chickens.
